How long does KYC take?

KYC is typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission. You will receive an email confirmation once verified.

When are payouts processed?

Payout requests are processed Saturday 12 PM to Sunday 12 AM IST. Minimum $50 via USDT BEP-20 or TRC-20.

I failed the evaluation — can I get a refund?

Evaluation fees are non-refundable once credentials are delivered. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

Can I trade crypto on funded accounts?

Yes. BTC and ETH are available at 1:1 leverage on all account types including funded (Master) accounts.
