Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once an account has been activated and credentials have been delivered. An account is considered activated when MT5 login credentials are sent to you.
A full refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
All evaluation programs offer a fee reimbursement on your third profit split payout. This means your original evaluation fee is added to your third payout disbursement. This is not a refund of the fee but a reimbursement paid alongside your profit split.
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and may result in legal action for fraudulent chargeback.
To request a refund, contact support@qorvafunded.com with your order number and reason. All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
