1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Qorva Funded service, evaluation account, or funded account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Qorva Funded provides simulated evaluation and funded trading accounts. These are not real brokerage accounts. No real client funds are deposited, invested, or traded on your behalf. All accounts operate on simulated capital in a demo/paper trading environment.

Profit sharing payouts are made from Qorva Funded's own company funds based on simulated performance results, subject to these terms.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate identification during the KYC verification process.
• One account per person. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate termination.

4. Evaluation Accounts

Evaluation fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee a funded account if you are found to have violated any trading rules. All trading rules are published on our website and apply from account activation.

5. Trading Rules

All trading rules including daily loss limits, maximum total loss limits, consistency caps, prohibited strategies, and minimum trading day requirements are published on the main website and form part of these terms. Violation of any rule may result in account termination without refund.

6. Profit Payouts

Payouts are processed during the published window (Saturday 12 PM to Sunday 12 AM IST). Minimum payout is $50 via USDT (BEP-20 or TRC-20). Qorva Funded reserves the right to review any payout request for compliance before processing. The profit split is 80% to the trader on all funded accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Hedging positions across accounts.
• Use of Expert Advisors or algorithmic trading systems.
• Copy trading from external signal providers.
• High-frequency trading as defined in our rules.
• Tick scalping as defined by the published thresholds.
• Any form of market manipulation or exploitation of platform errors.

8. Termination

Qorva Funded reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, trading rule breaches, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of identity. Upon termination, all pending payouts may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qorva Funded is not liable for any financial losses arising from simulated trading performance. The simulated environment may differ from real market conditions. Results achieved in evaluation accounts are not indicative of future performance in real markets.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

Qorva Funded reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
