Trading performance in a simulated environment may differ significantly from real-market performance due to differences in execution, slippage, liquidity, and psychological conditions.

Evaluation fees paid to access evaluation accounts are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. There is no guarantee that you will pass the evaluation or earn any profit split payout.
Violating any published trading rule — including daily loss limits, maximum drawdown, consistency caps, or prohibited strategies — will result in account termination without refund. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all rules before trading.
All payout requests are subject to compliance review. Qorva Funded reserves the right to withhold or reduce payouts if rule violations are identified during the review period.
Trading platform outages, connectivity issues, and technical failures may affect your ability to trade or manage positions. Qorva Funded is not responsible for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
